Do you believe this is inevitable or is it science fiction speculation? Singularity being a future time when techological and scientific change is so fast we cannot even imagine what will happen from our present perspective, and when humanity will become posthumanity

Yeah, this is a well-grounded and known phenomenon. My take is that people with outstanding memories are sort of continually "refreshing" the information with their neurons. You know how some quote or memory comes to us sometimes? It seems that people with very strong memories are continually being revisited with these memories.
