    Hey

Was thinking of starting into jogging a couple of nights a week, nothing serious just something to get in better shape but I know I'll get bored if I do it on my own. Just wondering if anyone interested in giving it a go?

Use an i-pod or something similar, great for all types of training when your on your own!
