When in a bar, how should i a guy approach you?

    Ladies this is a question I've always wanted to know. What should a guy say to you if he approaches you at the bar? Personally i find the vast majority of women are very stand offish. I'm a fairly decent looking lad, not great but not ugly by any means. I just find British, Aussie girls etc more up for a chat and bit of banter. Irish girls look at you as if you have two heads if you ask them how they're doing at the bar.

    Please read the charter. This kinda thing is frowned upon in here. Specifically blokes starting threads looking for women's advice. Women(tm) aren't homogenous, they vary all over the place. One size won't fit all so any advice you get is gonna be mostly worthless anyway.
