Steel Nails in my Chest

Anyone know what this dream is about... was standing in my house, and was picking steel nails and screws out of my upper chest...some nails were 3-4inches and the screws really felt as if they were pulling on my skin as i pulled them out. would be interested to know what this means

Maybe it means that in real life there is something you really have to get of your chest and speak out about, but that you will need to be very strong to do this.
I think steel represents strength, so in your dream it could be like you are trying to pull the strength from yourself, to finally open up and get this thing off your chest/mind.
