Hey everyone, 5'7 195lbs on a 500kcal cut. Can anyone tell me if this routine's okay or if there's something wrong with it how can I change it? Yes I go 3 consecutive days and take a day off, I'd like to keep going as frequently as possible despite people telling me I should rest more, I can't stand cardio so lifting is basically all the exercise I get apart from the occasional football match. Cheers.

A - Chest, Triceps, Shoulders, Legs
    B - Triceps, Back, Biceps
C - Back, Biceps, Chest, Shoulders, Legs

Why are you hitting every muscle group on two days each? Some times consecutive days. You end up hitting most groups 4 times a week. I'd rather train a 2 or 3 day split, that what you get the same number of days training in, but each part can rest for longer

If I were to split it up into

    A-Chest and Triceps
    B-Back and Biceps
    C-Shoulders and Legs.

Would it then be feasible for me not to take any breaks inbetween workouts? I'd like to go as often as possible but if you think this much would hinder my progress then I'll take a day break inbetween or go ABxCAxBC.

There are lots and lots of ways to split things. It's mostly individual really
A days rest helps you recover better, better recovery = better progress

you only get bigger when your not in the jim resting or better agan sleeping. if you want to do 5 days go head try it like this day 1 weights, day 2 cv, day 3 weights, day 4 cv, day 5 weights, rest for 2 days.
