howdy there folks. quick question about creatine mono. ive heard that when one stops taking creatine muscle gained can quickly disintegrate and turn to fat. i ask this because i was planning on starting a creatine cycle for the next 10 weeks or so. i have used it before and thought it was good stuff.

thing is im going away on holidays to south america then so will not be doing any regular exercise for 10 weeks or so while on this trip. should i expect to turn into a blob over the course of this trip? or is this just another nasty urban myth attatched to the supplement?

i understand that i can expect to lose muscle and possibly increase fat due to drastic change in exercise however does one experience a accelerated effect due to the taking of the supplement?

    thanks for the help again

Muscle turning to fat is urban myth. You will lose some volume when you stop taking the creatine. Even moderate exercise will help stave off atrophy.

Well since you've used it before, did you turn to a blob as you say after it?
