    The diet is based almost entirely on their ready meals (2 a day). I know M&S are better quality than average but you'd still be better off cooking nutritious meals yourself. Also those meals are pretty expensive! They are marked as £3-£4 per meal, sometimes more!

    It's also very low in calories (1000) unless you are very petite.

    And it's not remotely low carb, there is bread/noodles/pasta/porridge/rice with every meal

    So basically you're paying quite a bit of money to eat not much food and not particularly nutritious food.

    I'm on ww and I love these meals as treats instead of a take away. I wouldn't go on any ready meal diet as what happens after the month

    Hey,
    Its is based on low carb, high protein.
    No it isn't.
    it based on being higher protein than other ready meal. Right at the top it says balanced carbs, which suggests its at least the say carb to protein ratios.

    also;
    Your link was wrong, I fixed it[/QUOTE]

    You've made a mistake there Adelie. The meal plan provides 1000 cals, but it says you are suposed to add in healthy snacks. I assume to bring you up to managable intake.

    As ready made meals go, they are low calorie with protein in every serve. Which makes them better than most.
    But they aren't going to magically keep you fuller for longer. If you eat one of those meals for lunch and dinner every day, i bet you'll find yourself snacking. It's not hard to make a lunch or dinner for 300-400 cals, which is what these are. I rather make my own and maybe grab one of these if in a rush.
