Saucony A6's currently on Sportsshoes for less than €35.

Did any of ye get these?. Just wondering how pink looking that red is on them. Hard to tell from the picture. Cheers.

Ordered 2 pairs of Inov8s for a total of €80, from a sale happening in wiggle.co.uk. That'll keep me going for a while in the hills.
The same runners cost a lofty €130 in the Great Outdoors

If anyone is looking for a cheap set of bluetooth headphones, here's a pair for £7.99 and you can use the code CLEARANCE for 30% off.

Have a set already myself but order a second one just to have as backup.

I just picked up a pair of Adidas Supernova Glide for €46 on Wiggle. http://www.wiggle.co.uk/adidas-supernova-glide-boost-8-shoes-aw16/

They have some good prices on Saucony too - Type A and Kinvara are both well reduced.

Tried to buy this on withings yesterday and it's not reducing or accepting the code so I assume it expired

Anyone spot any Kinvara 6's anywhere at a nice price lately? With a decent size selection too preferably!

  • Registered Users Posts: 9,597 ✭✭✭Cartman78

This is probably only useful for Limerick based people (not sure if nationwide stores are affected)....the Heaton's/SportsWorld store on Childers Road are having a pretty decent closing down/re-branding sale.

Tbh I wouldn't normally go near the place but stumbled in yesterday as I had a few minutes to kill....they actually have a good selection of Adidas, Nike, Puma, Under Armor and Karrimor gear.

I picked up a couple of Adidas tech T-shirts, a Karrimor long sleeve top and shorts for 60 quid so worth a look if you're in the area.

If you are an AAI member, you can enter the RnR National Half-Marathon through the RnR site (just remember to tick the AAI entry) at a discount of €17. You can get your entry posted out at a cost of €3.50 and the total is still just €12.22 - at point of payment make sure to enter the promo code LUCKYPADDY where indicated (it's over on the right hand side of the page, if you can't see it)
    Available until midnight tonight.

For anyone in the market for a new GPS watch, the Garmin Forerunner 610 is currently at £62.98 on Amazon.

CamelCamelCamel shows this as its lowest price ever, around 1/2 of its average price. (the black/blue colour only, the other colours are much more expensive)

    Edit:
This is now down to £61.70 - there seems to be a strange Amazon algorithm in play that keeps marginally dropping the price.

^ Perfect :) Got it for £61.21 - wanted to get a new GPS watch for the London marathon and had been looking at lower-end ones for more money.

Heitons / Sportsworld are selling off men's Canterbury running gear, shorts and singlets.
The singlets didn't interest me, but the shorts are good quality, medium length, comfortable inner brief, lightweight outer material and a generous zipped pocket at the back - all for €11.49.

Wicklow by any chance? (normally very limited stock)

T'was - could be more limited after I got 2 :pac:

Think it's these, except all charcoal: http://www.sportsdirect.com/canterbury-woven-shorts-mens-385030?colcode=38503022

Listed as rugby shorts, but wouldn't last too long in a scrum.
