How many inches could you loose in a month?

This is a kinda 'how long is a piece of string...' question ...but i'm gonna ask it anyway

How many inches could you loose off your torso in 30 days?

I want to enter a 30 day challenge and need some visible, measurable result. I thought i'd go for something like 5" - but would this be achievable in a month? I know it depends on your current body size, weight, exercise and nutrition etc ...I'll try give some details that hopefully will assist ...

i'm 5'2", (female) this morning I weighed in at 126lbs and my stats are 37-32-34

I've recently lost a lot of post-baby weight and am eating well (lean protein every meal, low on the starchy carbs, include healthy fats, lots of water etc).

I'm exercising regularly (four * 1-hour resistance w/o's with cardio intervals a week plus some cardio on my rest days).

In the last 2 months i've lost 11" from my torso (4.5" from both my waist and hips and 2" off my chest).

So, that was the remaining baby weight, which i'd imagine is probably easier to loose (i.e. I gained it quickly, lost it quickly) the rest of my weightloss journey relates to fat that I have gained slowly over many years so I'm assuming it's going to be tougher (maybe this is an urban myth:confused:).

Like I said, i know its not a question of one size fits all but if anyone can give an educated ballpark figure...and some ideas as to the best way of loosing said inches ;) that would be great.

    Thanks

p.s. the reason i'm only concerned with torso is i'm hoping to increase the size of my arms/thighs so - for the challenge - i'm only concerned with how many inches I can loose around the torso :D

Just keep doing what you're doing. You've done amazingly well. Given your numbers, I don't think you've got five inches to lose. 37-32-34 sounds damn fine.

Women have been tricked into thinking skinnier is better. That's wrong -- curvier is better. It's all about the curves!!!

Thanks very much, but i'm not trying to be skinny ...honest :D ... I want well defined abs and at the moment I have...well...a not very nice wobbly belly so i'm defo not going overboard just want the curves to be more obvious
    appreciate the replies
