Decent (properly qualified not crappily qualified) classes in UL tue 8.15-9 and thurs 5-6.

JJB have classes but I wouldn't recommend.

Prozone in thomand park have Kbell classes now - prozone.ie is their website. New place, haven't been so can't comment.

Has anyone been to Prozone yet? Are classes any good?

I was at the free classes at the opening and tried out Spinning and Zumba and both classes were great. I've been to many spinning classes before both ul and jjb but the classes at prozone were by far the best I ever been to. Fantastic bikes and great instructor (I think his name was anthony)
The Zumba classes were very good as well, they just had problems with the sound system but I've heard it's sorted now.
My friend tried the kettlebell classes and loved them (she's been to both ul and jjb but prefer these)
We've both bought 15 classes for €100. the great thing is you can join which ever classes you like.

Prozone have only 1 class a week so it is not ideal.

vivalimerick banned for registering to circumvent a previous ban already.

Shills just are not fun anymore. Nobody makes them challenging anymore or puts any though into them!
