conas atá sibh, I was just curious as to peoples experiences with creatine, did a bit of reading up on it as im thinking of giving it a try when i get back into training, if heard the whole it only works on some people and it increases cramping etc.. anyone any experiences like that ? also any recomendations on which brand to buy? I used to use the body fortress whey protein from holland and barrett but (had to stop since discovering an allergy to it) though they do have a body fortress creatine too http://www.hollandandbarrett.ie/pages/categories.asp?cid=93&SCatID=5&page=2 also this got me wondering when i was comparing prices, is there a lot of difference between the products or does price in this case not mean superiority and its all just down to grams per serving and the likes? any thoughts would be great, go raibh maith agaibh

Price doesn't reflect the best. Any creatine monohydrate will do; the differences will be negligible. Get the most value for money IMO.

I personally haven't experienced any negative effects. Drink plenty of water for the first few days just as a precaution.

I cant recommend Cm3 creatine malate highly enough there is no loading phase and it really works well. I have gone through quite a few creatines and will only buy cm3 from now on. Great energy boost during a workout and I find it helps get that last rep plus great pump.

Yes four before breakfast then another serving between meals or before your workout and a serving before bed.

CM has been shown to be the best, and pills are not the way to go. You need to dissolve youre CM fully in warm water. Will Brinks tells me so :D

Actually WB showed that ordinary CM dissolves more completely in warm water. However if you watch his other video (see below) where he compares ordinary CM with micronised CM, you see that the micronised CM disolves within 30 seconds in ordinary tap water. So if his reasoning is correct, then the way to go is to by micronised CM
