Fractured radius

    My girlfriend was roller skating today, she fell and landed on her left arm. She went to A&E and got it xrayed, they said she had a fractured radius the problem is she keeps getting these pain spasms in her left arm. has anyone ever experienced this before, can anyone explain this.
