I can't figure out why it's timing out so often. Hopefully the migrate this week will sort it out

Are you renting a server from a non Minecraft official carrier? They might have seen the large amount of bandwidth transfers/IP connections that they've throttled you

The servers stopped timing out now Timmy Might have been a problem with one of the plugins but it's fine now

And cherry it's not but hopefully that wasn't the case. New server this week :-) Better specs too. Also there'll be 2 servers temporarily

The 1.6 update allows the nether in multiplayer.
If there's a plug-in for it could we make the nether a SMP world?

There's already a Nether plugin for 1.5, its pretty buggy. Once 1.6 comes in the Nether will be implemented naturally

I didn't explain my idea too well.
What I was suggesting was to make the nether an actual minecraft SMP world. Not one with ghasts, lightstone and all that jazz.
Of course I'm talking a load of BS because we'd need plugins to stop people carrying diamond etc. over, spawning items in there and to make it a normal world.

Ah right right! Sounds like a good idea! Could be done! Make world, set spawn to the nether, then there's no escape :P
