    Hi.

I run a little. I have rested my sore achilles for 2 months now... And It is still too sore to run or more than 5km.

I have googled to see theres any miracle cure/stretch but it seems rest and iceing is the only strategy ---- then surgery!!!>>??

Its funny i can play squash for 1.5hours(same runners) but i cant run for 25mins!!??

    any ideas....

I can be no help, but talking about your achilles and 'heal(ing)' in the thread title made me laugh. Hope you heal up soon :)

OP - go to a physio. Do you really think that a bunch of strangers can correctly diagnose you here on the internet?

Do a search for a decent physio. I had a similar issue before - it takes time.

    All the best.
