quick diet help

    just wonderin could i get a few pointers, i think my diets good, its been like this the last 3 weeks

    breakfast 3weetabix,300ml milk, honey/ tin beans, 3 rashers(grilled with no rhind) (10g/33g protein)
    snack 1l milk/chicken fillet(salad)x2, banana, orange (34g/30g protein)
    lunch 6 lrg scrambled eggs, apple, pear (30g protein)
    snack usn shake (44g protein)
    dinner 3/4lb bolognese steakmince( no pasta), apple (40-50g protein)
    snack tin salmon200g, kiwi (46g protein)

    total protein 190-210g (which is what im aiming for)

    but i dont feel full without things like potatoes pasta bread etc??

    just a few points, sometimes i do the eggs in an omelette with peppers, cheese, tomatoes. The salmon may be subbed for mackerel/sardines but i always eat 2 tins to hit 40g(ish) protein. Dinner is always meat and veg no carbs.

    any thoughts?
