Issues with landlord, moving out now

Hi all - wondering if anyone has experience with this kinda thing, here's the lowdown: I moved into an apartment with my girlfriend on November 11th. Yet another skewing of any reports that daft do. That kind of thing really annots me. How are we supposed to get accurate stats if that kind of thing goes on.
