What to expect from my new fitness regime

I have just recently started cycling to and from work (Approx 14km per day) and I am also starting to go to the gym again about 3 times a week for about 60 mins at a time for fairly vigorous free weight sessions (all supersets).

I am not a meat head or a real fat guy. I am just out of shape and a little overweight I guess but I am pretty broad naturally according to my Gran (who may or may not be trying to not hurt my feelings as she only said it for the first time at xmas). I have always gone to the gym or done something active all my life so I don't have any real motivation issues and I am pretty happy to just get up and do what I have to do......but the last year I have to admit I have done the grand total of 0 and it’s been awesome......but it can’t last forever.

I guess I am just trying to manage my expectations in terms of the amount of exercise V the time to lose the weight.

My Target is to get to 13st/183lbs

    Here is my vitals:
    Weight: 15 1/4 stone or 213 pounds
    Height: 5' 10.5"
Age:28 (just gone, if that matters)
Diet: Nothing to write home about but I am nearly certain I will be buried in a Domino's sponsored coffin and there stock market price will take a significant hit. I am actually not that bad but I can honestly say I have no plans to drastically change my diet and I would definitely consume 2500 calories a day.

Any advice, tips, recent success stories or magical cures would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks for your help!

Also, the video on the right hand side if you can see it;is not actually me.....it is an advert for a comic about a Norse god. We do have very similar hair though.
