anyone know what the strumming pattern for casimir pulaski day is?

youtube videos are either too fast or only have the camera checking out the frets and google is not being my friend today. i already know about the transition and hammer down techniques so just the basic strumming pattern between those moments is what i need. cheers if anyone can help me out!
