    How many of ye lifting are smokers?

    I just quit, will i see any drastic improvments in the gym?

    Yes in about 6 months to 1 year time if you stick to your plan and don't miss workouts :D

    Honestly I felt a great improvment in my squats just from giving up smoking, I can take deeper breaths which I think helped my lower bad stomach tighter and lift more.

    It could all be in my head tho

    I think you will find yourself going mental if you dont go regularly. In this way it will help your motivation I suppose
