    Am just beginning to rehab my knee after surgery. My physio suggested an exercise bike to help build up strength. In these recessionary times the days of hopping to the shop and buying one are over but luckily a friend donated one that had been taking up space in their shed since it was left by a previous owner.

    I'm looking for an instruction manual for a Reebok RB2000 bike. Online searches have found one but they are looking for money for it - it seriously can't be more than a few pages to help suss out the computer. Anyone on here got one?
