    Hiya,

Bought a 4b Tevion MP3 player from Aldi last week, model 44645.

When plugged in to the USB port Windows detects the device
and loads a driver FUSB200. The MP3 player shows up as a removable
drive but I cant copy any music to it by drag & drop. It shows up as zero
bytes free and seems to have no file system or storage. I cannot format it
or perform any actions on it.

I exchanged the player and the new one is the same. I have tried this on a Vista PC and on a XP virtual machine and Server 2003 virtual machine.

    Driving me nuts!!!!!

    any ideas???

If it's supposed to act as a standard removable drive, then treat it as one: format the sucker. If it doesn't want to be formatted, repartition it using the Control Panel Disk Management program.
