Kettlebell classes - city centre and south Dublin

    With all this talk of kettlebell classes, is love to give it a try.

    Does anyone know where I could do some drop in classes in Dublin city centre or south side?

    wild geese on Peasre street have drop in classes for beginers on tuesday at 6:30 pm, and saturday monings at 12:30pm. I highly recommend them.

    Not being smart here but is it really necessary to go to a class? Happy to be informed on this but they are just weights at the end of the day

    D8 fitness beside Christ church. Very Reasonable and good set up. I went to one class before but had to stop cause of a bad back but I'd have definitely kep it up. Google their website and have a read

    Yes. Bad form can lead to injury. You don't need classes forever though.

    Yeah,that's what I was thinking.No harm to get instruction so as you don't do your back in.

    I also like a bit of motivation which comes from a class environment ... ill check out the pearse st centre, looks good, thanks!

    Are there any in the D.14/18 area btw...?
