What's the difference between Greek yogurt and normal yogurt? Is it just that Greek yogurt has less sugar?

greeks a much more filling and rich yogurt due to the fat content

alot of natural yoghurt especially the ''low fat'' variety contain alot of added sugat wheras Greek yogurt does not...dont let the fat content scare you off..its a very good food to eat.. its great as a snack with a little bit of honey and i add some all bran too :D
