protein shake question

    Hi all. Im doing a pretty low carb lifestyle at the mo. Its not too bad but I generally dont/cant stomach breakfast first thing. Even by 11 I might manage some fruit or nuts. I am wondering would it be worth my while having a protein shake in the morn or are they only for people who work out alot. I dont do anything major just a little weights and dance in the eve. Would love advice as dont really understand the protein shake thing! thanks
