Advice on training for a 5 Mile run

    Hi all,
    I am hoping to get back into running and I have signed up for the 5 Mile Dublin run in July. I usually do about 5k on the treadmill and it takes me about 32mins.

    I was wondering what time should I be aiming for to complete the 5 miles?? Im fairly fit, just out of practise.

    Also how should I go about increasing my running to get it up to a faster time?
