Always expected him to roll back from Red into Clarence on that show.

"Bitches.......leave!" or "Can you fly, Bobby??"

Also, Ronny Cox who played Dick Jones in that film and Cohagen in Total Recall.

What an utter dickhead he played in those films.

I can do a really good impersonation of Clarence.

take a look at my face, DICK! Says I.

Pedantic alert, Hannibal's name was Lecktor, not Lecter in Manhunter, the first movie with him as a character in it. so he's kinda right :)

Jack Nicholson playing Jack Torrence in The Shining. If I'd a wife like that I'd consider the old axe-wielding thing myself.

Earl Talbot Blake (John Lithgow) in Ricochet
    Tommy D' (Pesci) Goodfellas
    Frank Begby (Rob Carlisle) Trainspotting
Christopher Walken in King of New York AND True Romance
Richie Moldano in Out For Justice
Mister Blond (Madsen) in Reservoir Dogs

Any Malkovich villain is quality and the entire bunch in Rise of the Foot Soldier were fairly horrible feckers.

Some good vintage scumbags too like Tuco (Eli Wallach) in Good, Bad and the The Ugly.

Oldman and Harris were decent scumbags in State of Grace. :)

Agent Smith's gotta be up there at the sharp end. The epitomy of an antagonistic nemesis in The Matrix.
    Smith wrote:
"I'd like to share a revelation that I've had during my time here. It came to me when I tried to classify your species and I realized that you're not actually mammals. Every mammal on this planet instinctively develops a natural equilibrium with the surrounding environment but you humans do not. You move to an area and you multiply and multiply until every natural resource is consumed and the only way you can survive is to spread to another area. There is another organism on this planet that follows the same pattern. Do you know what it is? A virus. Human beings are a disease, a cancer of this planet. You're a plague and we are the cure."

    ...

"I hate this place. This zoo. This prison. This reality, whatever you want to call it, I can't stand it any longer. It's the smell, if there is such a thing. I feel saturated by it. I can taste your stink and every time I do, I fear that I've somehow been infected by it. "

    ...

"I'm going to enjoy watching you die, Mr. Anderson."

Sam Neill as Dr. Weir from Event Horizon.
    Weir wrote:

    ...

"Where we're going...we won't need eyes to see!"

Come to think of it, everything he says in that movie is stone cold brilliant!
