Changing shape!!!

    Im looking for some advice on how to target a certain area. I am certainly a pear-shape, 8/10 on top and 12 on bottom. I do plenty of exercise- cycle almost 30km everyday and I eat healthily. However I was wondering does anyone have any advice on how to target my bottom half... are there any classes in partiular anyone would recommend? I was thinking Pilates, but I dont know if this would be an ideal one? I was also thinking of taking CLA booster, a friend of mine toned up a lot from it. I know, theres not going to be a dramatic change but I would like to target this area jsut a bit more!!! Thanks a mil:)

    You can't spot reduce fat, it has to come off all over first, and unfortunately the first place it goes on will be the last place it comes off.
