    Hey,

On USN creatine x4 creatine early days but thinking of changing to optimum nutrition creatine (but powder or tablet form?) in a while. I'm taken there Gold standard Whey Protein too. Great stuff.
Is caplets or powder form better to take in creatine??

Also what is best way take it, protein in morning, creatine before gym and protein after gym. What would you think people?? In gym 4 days a week so hoping for big results come September.

    Thanks.

I personally find powder works better, but they say there the same. In terms of creatine, if your going to be bulking I highly recommend Size on max performance, it can be a bit on the pricey side but if u buy online universalnutrition.ie for example u would get a good deal there.

My personal recommendations for a bulk (and my own current stack) is size on max performance / cytogainer / animal pak and casein before bed.

I have done a lot of trail and error in my time on products and these have been the best products iv found that allow to help in a clean bulk.

    ^^^^^

I wouldnt take advice from this supplement junkie :D

Size On is crazy overpriced Creapure Monohydrate. Dont get sucked into all this "bulk" "clean bulk" "supplement stack" crap. You do not need a gainer of any kind, you just need more food. You do not need expensive "research proved" creatine.

In answer to youre question, plain old Mirconized CM in powder form will do the job. 5grm on non training days, 5grm before and after on training days. Gold Standard is fine, take 1.5 - 2 scoops post training, like straight after.

Just a little defense on my side, I should of mentioned that nothing can replace a good diet, supplements are always a complement to a good diet and not a replacement.

It appears like alot, but I do think that having a decent multi vitamin/protein and creatine can go a very long.

and when it comes to brands its what ever works for you, regardless of price.
