    Did you get back to Razer and tell them you can't bring it back to the shop?
    For support, with a new product, first referral will be back to the store but if you can't go there may be they can replace it direct. If they say no, kick up a fuss.

    Yeah I tried going down that route suggesting replacing directly or through limexb360 but they were having none of it. Serves me right for trying to save some money. Didn't expect Razer to be so poor with hardware quality considering the good name they have. I suppose its another reason why I wouldn't rush out to replace it.
