Question about early morning weight training

    I currently go to the gym 3 days a week doing weights on those days, however for 2 of those days I would go in the morning before work.

    I know taking protein first thing in the morning is good but on the days I workout in the morning should I be taking protein before I workout and straight after? Is this ok to do?

    As far as I know they are the best two times to take protein but are they to close together?
