Hi which would be the best option from the following (after the starters-which I'm going to have soup)
    Chicken Teryiaki
Breast of Chicken coated in a light Teryiaki glaze with Asian greens & egg noodles
    **Beef (Supplement €4.00)
Chargrilled 8oz Sirloin Steak Cooked to your Liking, choose from Peppercorn/Mushroom Cream
    Or Garlic Butter
    Cod
Herb Crust Roast Fillet of Cod, Lemon Beurre Blanc
    Penne Arrabaita
Penne Pasta tossed in a lightly spiced tomato sauce with black olives, rocket and parmesan shavings

All Maincourses with ** are served with Choice of Potato & Vegetable Selection

I'd go for the chicken teriyaki myself. Yum

Thanks, but which would be the one with less calories? Fish?

    In my opinion:

The fish would probably have the least calories, if you could remove the herb crust. Alternatively, the steak would be a healthy option, but limit the potatos and instead fill yourself up with the veg that it comes with. The steak would also probably be the most filling which is good if you plan on not having dessert. The chicken would be my third choice, because the egg noodles would be quite calorie dense. Definitely not the pasta, too many calories and no protein. The pasta will leave you feeling hurgrier sooner than the other meal options.

Thanks, I might go with the fish and get plenty of veg with it?
