Fitness Dvd

    Anyone know of a good fitness dvd? I know some will say go running/walking but with the weather and me been afraid of dogs around my area its a no go really so would like a good dvd to help me lose a few pounds.

    There are plenty of female fitness people in that forum!
    The weather is also great so you really should go running

    Have to second the Gillian Michael dvd.


    Running isn't for everyone and with a DVD you can do it at home, in your own time:D

    A +3 for Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred. It has to be the only 20 minutes of exercise that has left me sore for days afterwards!

    However, you might be more afraid of Jillian than the dogs by the time you're finished :-)

    I use the Carmen Electra Aerobic Striptease! Its really fun and pretty effective and can be useful in other ways :pac:

    I got it pretty cheap from Ebay, its a 4 disc set.

    I also had the Pussy Cat Dolls one which I found brilliant it got me back into exercising and the first week I did it I lost 13 pounds! :D I must dig it out and do it again :)

    Ha. I can guarantee you that was probably mostly water from dehydration. There is no healthy way to lose 13 pounds in one week.
