I accidentally bought these the other day, didnt realise they were for people over 50 years of age i thought there was 50 vitamins or something.

Are they crap because they are for old people or should i still take them?

    cheers

Men, women, kids, old, people all need the same vitamins at the end of the day.
Some have more benefits for certain demographics (help kids grow, strong bones on old people, folic acid for women etc)

50+ is mostly a marketing ploy to target old people and an excuse to sell more. They'll still give you all the benefit any other multi would. you might be taking in slightly extra amounts of vitamin "X" but there's no harm.
