Go to Argos get yourself a skateboard. Ab wheel you can do rollouts that's pretty much it. Skateboard you can do roll outs, put your feet on it for pikes, knees to elbows, push ups etc way more versatile and cheaper.

    yeah ......sure......
    I'll have what your on.

OP - Abs wheels are the business for a core workout. I use them regularly enough.

I found 2 days after my core would ache like hell - just get the technique right you can strain your lower back if you do it wrong - but it'll be pretty evident when you're doing it if it's

OP - you're not going to get a six pack from one of these or any other ab tool.

I think you would be far better off doing proper core workouts - many of which require nothing only you the ground and lots of effort - have a look at youtube for bodyweight workouts and core workouts.

If you are trying to lose a belly change your diet and strengthen your core.

Give the money you were going to spend on the roller to your favourite charity - it will be more effective and you'll feel better than wasting it on another useless ab tool.

I think you have the sit up pro/ab king pro and all them BS variations mixed up with an Ab wheel, An Ab wheel is a legitimate piece of kit.

I dont usually respond to people who hide behind user names but in your case Ill make the exception.

    I take it your disagreeing?

I own an ab wheel and a power wheel, and yep useful tools not the be all and end all of core workouts by any means. But skateboard is way more versatile sorry but its true.
