This has probably been asked plenty of time before but... I'm concerned about missing channels and think that a reset is the only way to get some of them back (ITV 2,3,4 excluded, of course :() Oh btw... This has probably been asked plenty of time before but...

Oh btw...

Anybody experience inappropriate Jeremy Kyle subtitles? Seriously! They seem to be popping up on so many channels at random times. I'm hoping that the reset might fix that too.

Some of the boxes have a restart capability via menu option but if you just unplug it for a few seconds and plug it back in it will do a restart.
