How to reset UPC box?

    This has probably been asked plenty of time before but...

    I'm concerned about missing channels and think that a reset is the only way to get some of them back (ITV 2,3,4 excluded, of course :()

    Oh btw...

    Anybody experience inappropriate Jeremy Kyle subtitles? Seriously! They seem to be popping up on so many channels at random times. I'm hoping that the reset might fix that too. :p

    Some of the boxes have a restart capability via menu option but if you just unplug it for a few seconds and plug it back in it will do a restart.
