Hi I just got an mri scan report from my G.P.'s receptionist. Didn't speak with my G.P. and there is no recommendations. I'm wondering if anyone know's of sites that could provide suggestions as to what might alleviate it?.

The report said " End retinacular strain at the site of attachment to the lower medial patella"

I'm posting here as I do jog, at least I did until I developed this. It would feel like a minor strain if I stuck to walking but it get's progressively worse after jogging and sadly is with me over a year. You'd imagine a strain would be well better in a year.:(

    I'd appreciate any links

    Danke

Speak to your GP. nobody here or on any site can advise anything as we don't know how severe it is.

Basically all we can say is that you've strained your knee, the ligament to the lower inside of the kneecap. But you already know that, you need to speak to the GP for specifics
