I am involved with a football team. We have just finished a 12 week programme and since the season has now fully started we need a new programme for maybe 2 nights a week. We train outside 2 nights and have a match once a week.

Can anyone suggest a something short ie in and out of gym in 30-40 mins?

    Thanks

To get any decent advice you'll need to provide a bit more information for example here's a few...

What did your 12 week programme look like?
What do your other 2 training nights look like and how are they positioned in relation to the match day?
Is match day saturday or sunday?
Is this gaelic football or soccer, and if it's soccer are you not nearing the end of the season?
What's the aim of these 2 nights?
What age group is the team?
