10 Week Muscle Gains Plan? Overcoming possible eating disorder

    Hey lads,

    Can anyone recommend a 2 month/ 10 week plan to add size and muscle.
    I have gone a bit crazy on calorie counting recently (tough time personally) and I have lost muscle mass. At the moment I am at 65kg for 5.8.

    Im going on RTW solo travel for year in 10 weeks and want to get back some muscle. I know my diet needs to improve in terms of amounts I eat. I currently do 4 day splits and play lots of soccer so I need help in putting together a plan to gain mass...maybe go TT Fullbody.

    Im at 8% BF and I eat very clean - too clean....think I was going down road of disorder in terms of cutting calories..

    Would love some help or words of encouragement for a plan to build muscle for next 8-10 weeks.

    I would really encourage you to go and speak to your Doctor. It's unwise for somebody here to tell you exercises or plans to do especially regarding a possible eating disorder.
