I'm sure this has probably been done before, but here goes.

How are you feeling right now? What mental state etc are you in?

Me? Well next week I have an interview for a PhD in a field that I absolutely love, but for the life of me I just can't seem to get the interview presentation done. I've one slide, and the rest, for some reason, are just not coming. So, at the moment I'm feeling lost, helpless, worried, and with a bit of "cop-on ya ****ing idiot and just do it" thrown in for good measure.

(and I'm also feeling very sweaty, as the dial on the radiator is bolloxed)

Felt like a s**t a few hours ago but after coming back from a brisk walk down by the river my mood has improved a lot. Point being exercise helps to clear the head and focus.

Haha! Well I'm glad it puts a smile on your face..my face on the other hand....well, there's no getting a smile out of an bolloxface.

Anyone have any tips for this fucking presentation? They want me to present to them my MSc research (that should be okay) but also want to know my educational background and how any methods and skill sets I've obtained were used by me throughout the course of my education. How am I gonna put that into slides?

well.

recently went skydiving which gave me a great kick and made me feel good.
planing on doing a pro course and start doing it more often.
friday is my last day in work and then i am going to canaries do a bit of surfing, chill out and get a lovely tan.
i'm healthy, full time employed, no major problems, my family is all good..

yea, i'm feeling great.
