Losing some fat

    hey everyone. I'm currrently at 12.5% body fat at 17.
    I love to train but can never really stick a proper diet more than 3 weeks ( crave sweets ) found a way around that ( choc protein shake ) .
    but i need simplistic lunches i can take to school. I am in 6th year so i have a packed schedule between traing and study.
    I want to get my abs out before summer so i can bulk up the wiehg i lost in summer and enjoy it. I have only a MAX of 7 pounds to lose. the only muscles i'm missing are those abs and the fat is bieng properly stubborn.
    please provide some meal advice , preferably not something too time consuming . ( protien shake = option )
