Double room for rent in a lovely 3 bedroomed house.To share with 2 professional females. The house is situated in a quiet area on Rathgar Road. The house has a large sitting room, large kitchen with dining table, downstairs toilet, large bathroom upstairs. All mod cons, dishwasher, Flat screen TV, wi-fi, back garden, on street parking, washing machine, dryer etc... Must like cats as there is a cat living in the house. It is only temporary accomodation from late June to Early Sept.
Also there is a bus stop nearby for city centre and southside buses, Tesco only a 5 minute walk.
370e a month.great price for the area.
