    Too late is when it impacts on your sleeping.

    I've been known to be kicked out of the gym at 10pm on "school" nights. I don't know sometimes I feel like it is too late but as long as I eat well I seem to be fine. I have found it the easiest way to keep consistent with exercise for a number of reasons. I've tried the morning exercise thing for awhile but just found it more tiring for whatever reason.
