If you go on twitter, are you tweeting or twittering?

If you already went on twitter is it the case that you tweeted or you twat?

Isn't there a sign as you enter twitter, saying "All English abandon, ye who enter here"?

You are tweeting and you tweeted. I don't know why though.

The twitterers are tweeting their tweets.

    You have tweeted.

I tweet, we tweet, we all tweet our tweets.

That seems to be the accepted vocabulary as far as I know.
Verb: To tweet, I tweet, I tweeted, I have tweeted, I will tweet
Noun: A Tweet (the message you send)
Noun: A Twitterer (somebody who tweets)

I suppose at some point the dictionary might include it, like Googling is now a proper verb. It's a very hard one to conjugate in Dutch even :)
