I Posted in Nutrition forum also but thought there might be a better response here due to people using supps for training

ive been reading Dr Harry Barrys book Flagging the Therapy and also Edmund O Flaherty article dr o flaherty independent article about anxiety/depression and between them they recommend the supplements below.
    vitamin b complex
omega 3 fish oils - epa 500-1000mg dose
    magnesium
    zinc
    50mg dose

does anyone know if a multivitamin covers these in a sufficent dose or do they need to be bought individually to get the correct dose

is ZMA a good option for magnesium+zinc+vit b6?

are there any problems with high doses of these supps?

can people recommned a brand that is good quality for these supps and where to buy

A really good multi vit is Animal PAK and ZMA is good for naturally increasing testosterone and you wouldn't believe the sleep you have when taking it ha they don't make you drowsy or anything but you notice when you wake up your not as tired and you have dreams everynight which shows your in a deeper sleep.

This website is prob the cheapest round for supps and has shops too with lads that can help you out to with any questions
