qs on nutrition for mental health and post exercise

    not sure if i should post this here or in the psychology forum. have people any opinions on the article below regarding nutrition in mental health
    dr o flaherty independent article . He advises
    vitamin b6
    vitamin b complex
    vitamin d
    Magnesium to abosorb vitamin d
    zinc to control copper absorbtion 50mg per day

    and also whether dextrose(glucose) and chocolate protein recovery shakes should be avoided post exercise going by Dr Harry Barrys recommendation below

    dr harry barry (for anxiety and depression)
    omega 3 fish oils especially epa 500-1000mg per day
    b complex or vitamin b6 and 12 and folic acid
    stresses to avoid caffeine, sugar and chocolate
