    Hey guys,
i attended a gynae yrs ago and had been referred by my then doc.
Does anyone know if i need a referral to go back to see them, say 10yrs later, or given that I was a patient can I just ring up for an app?
    Any idea?

Depends on the gynae and what the issue is.
If for example you have a re occurring issue (even after 10 years) you shoulnt, best to ring their rooms.

I don't have to with mine, but he is sound as a pound :D

Thanks, I will ring and see if she will see me.
Circumstance might mean she will. Just dont want to go to someone else as a referral from my doc as original gyn will have my history.
    Fingers crossed.

if you have eg abdominal pain you might need to see one or more of the following:

    endocrinologist
    gastroenterologist
    renal physician
    cardiologist
    cardiothoracic surgeon
    gynaecologist
    psychiatrist
    ...

and that's not an exhaustive list.
