Carb cycle

    Right I've lost 45 pounds since Jan 1st! Following low carb plan! No bread,pasta,wraps etc etc! I have 11 pounds to go till first major target! I have no issue continuing eating like I have but football season starts and sone carbs are gonna be helpful! Wanna try carb cycling cos it fits nicely into hard training Tuesday and match day Saturday! They can be my higher carb days!! Just a question about it! Would it be enough on high carbs days to add say bran flakes to breakfast wholemeal pitta bread for lunch and pasta for dinner! Basically drop them on 5 other days! I wanna keep it simple like that but any other ideas!?

    Have you also been reducing your calorie intake and cutting down on fats? Or is the only change just to cut down on carbs? Id love to know!

    Yeh course working on calorie deficit!! In fairness I had good bit weight to lose! Gone from 18 stone 7 pounds to 15 stone 4 pounds!! So wanna get to 14 and half as first goal!
