New Studio Name (HELP!)

Although some of you may not be a fan, I am currently in the process of building my own acoustic studio in Dun Loaghaire, so most recordings will be either vocals over backing tracks or vocals and guitars etc...
I am currently lost for ideas of names, any SERIOUS suggestions are welcome, thanks guys!!!

in that case doesnt matter, pick something you like/close to you, suitable to the music you make maybe? for instance liam howletts studio was called the dirt chamber, kinda fitting to the music he was making at the time

Doesnt really matter, its the same as a band name.....

The Police is a stupid band name but the band made it cool, think about queen what a crap name but again, now legendary.

Air Studios?!? sounds dumb but killer place....

so again doesnt matter you could find the cooooooooooest name :cool: and churn out crap (not saying you do at all) or any name and make it great

if its a personal/meaningful name - cool

if its personal/meaningful and cool - that's cool too!

name it yourself though, it'll be far more satisfying (and far better)

Call it something like Tangle Wood - something rural sounding, the bedwetters will like it.

Or something in Irish. That's become popular recently - Madra Te studios.

Why don't you call it - Micheal Howard Studios -- I know it sounds like a unisex hair salon....a little more unisex than another - but this is 2011, not 1983 (where people were more intolerant, but Irish people were making better music)

Just take a few music sounding words and stick them together, ones that suit your music: Resosonic Studios, Auracoustic Studios, Basstone Studios (hip hop), Vibrapitch, SineSaw (electro) etc etc

I still think The Cockpit would have been the best choice. Not only does it have a sexual connotation but it also evokes that classic of classics Top Gun.

Spotlight makes the place sound like a lamp shop on mainstreet Navan.

Michael....take some risks - be risque - give the thing a cool name

How about Microdot - or Elephant blood - something that looks cool on a CD inlay case.

Spot light doesn't - it's naff.
