    That depends really.

    Just be aware that BCAA's even the good slightly instant ones taste a bit rough and these are ordinary ones so taste even worse.

    Nothing wrong with the offer - but read the reviews on the taste first!

    I got the capsules last week when I ordered this bundle http://www.myprotein.com/ie/products/100-core-bundle

    It's worth noting that, although the capsules may taste better, the required dosage is quite high - 3-5 Tablets 2-4 times daily.

    270 tablets are €25.39 and if you assume a dosage in the middle of the recommeded dosagy, thats 4 tablets 3 times daily. 12 tablets a day means they'll last 22.5 days.

    The recommended dosage of the powder is 5 grams 2 - 4 times daily. Again, if we go in the middle, that's 3 * 5 = 15 grams daily. This means the 1kg will last 67 days at a cost of €43.59.

    Cost Per Day

    Tablets: €1.13
    Powder: €0.65 (and you get the free oats)


    I haven't tried the tablets from my bundle yet - have just started taking the Alpha Men multi-vitamin and the MP One Promilk.
